Please keep these policies in mind to ensure your appointments go as smoothly as possible. By scheduling an appointment with On My Face Please Skin + Lash, you are agreeing to follow these policies.



A card is required to be held on file for all appointments in order to enforce the cancellation policy. Nothing is charged to this card unless the cancellation policy is broken. All appointments must be made online so that consultation forms can be filled out prior to your appointment.


Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge when at least 24 hours notice is provided. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost directly to the card on file. No shows will be charged at 100% of the scheduled service costs.

Late Arrivals

Your  appointment  starts  and  ends  at  the  time  that  it  is  scheduled.  Please  be  on  time  to  your  appointment  to  ensure  full  service  time.  The  amount  of  the  service  does  not  change  based  on  your  arrival  time.

Children and Guests

Due to accommodations and the nature of services provided, children and guests are not permitted in the studio.


Animals are not permitted in the studio for sanitary reasons.

Refund Policy

You are paying for artist time, product, and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products.

Lash Refund Policy 

If you’re unhappy with your lashes, or the lashes do not last at the fault of the product, a complimentary 30 minute touch-up will be provided when contacted within 72 hours of application. This complimentary service must be completed within a week of application. No complimentary services will be honored past this time frame.

Outside Lash Extension Work

If you currently have eyelash extensions on from somewhere other than On My Face Please Skin + Lash and want them filled, please schedule a complimentary consultation so your current extensions can be evaluated. It’s always a possibility we may not be able to work over the lashes you have, and suggest a removal and full set instead. Clients from elsewhere are still subject to the requirement of getting a fill within 3 weeks of your last appointment with your previous artist.
