These policies are in place to ensure that you receive the best service and experience possible at OMFP.

 

If Your Eyelash Extensions Are From Another Salon

At OMFP, we’re happy to work on top of lash extensions done in another salon, as long as the extensions were properly applied and aren’t damaging your natural lashes. When scheduling please book a “New Client Fill.” We will not work over another artist’s work if there is any clumping, twisting, excessive use of adhesive, or any other improper application.

Due to the unregulated nature of eyelash extension trainings, certifications, and state board regulations, many lash artists have been improperly trained. At OMFP, our priority is your natural lash health and eye safety. We always do what’s best for your natural assets because going lashless is so middle-ages!

Appointments

To guarantee your desired appointment time a credit card is required when scheduling. All appointments must be made online.

Cancellation & No Show Policy

Life happens. We get it.  We respectfully ask that cancellations or changes to your reservation are made at least 24-hours before your appointment. Less than 24-hour notice will result in a 50% service charge and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).

Late Arrivals

We always try to accommodate late arrivals. If you arrive late, the length of your service may be adjusted to honor the appointments of other guests, and you will be charged the full price of your scheduled services.

Minors

Guests under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present to complete a release form before any services are provided.

Return Policy

All sales are final. However, if you are unhappy with your eyelash extensions for any reason, contact the lounge within three days of your appointment, and any issues will be fixed free of charge.
